The revolutionary construction that enables inflatable structures to achieve rock-hard rigidity and maintain flat surfaces under high pressure.
Drop stitch fabric is what allows an inflatable SUP or platform to maintain its shape. Without it, the board would bulge like an over-inflated mattress. By utilizing tens of thousands of tough polyester threads woven into the skins, we create a structure that stays flat and incredibly stiff when inflated to its limit.
This specialized construction ensures that when the threads reach their maximum length, they prevent over-inflation while providing hard-shell performance with the portability of an inflatable. For extra integrity, the interstitial space can be filled with foam for synergistic support.
Our sidewalls use dual PVC layers manufactured for superior air retention. Unlike standard PVC tarpaulin, our internal fibers are coated in liquid PVC before bonding, making them more resilient than ever before.
The most widely used base fabric on the market. Its bounding structure (1 thread on one end, 2 on the other) allows for high-speed production and lower setup costs, providing an excellent balance of performance and value.
A premium, newly developed concept where fibers are interwoven directly into the skins. This provides superior skin-core debonding resistance and exceptional durability with a lower material weight.

We address the increasing concerns from Europe and the US regarding Phthalate Esters (PAEs). Used traditionally to soften PVC, Phthalates are now strictly regulated due to reproductive toxicity.
Our products pass REACH standards and can meet 6P requirements (DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DNOP, DIDP). Content is strictly held below 0.1% (1000ppm).
Safe for toys, childcare products that can be placed in the mouth, and professional-grade aquatic environments where human contact is frequent.
